Marguerite Roy
Founder / CEO
Marguerite started this company to make a difference in the service that individuals with developmental and physical disabilities receive. Knowing firsthand having a sister with disabilities the difficulties families face to get adequate and quality services. From choosing her team to care for individuals Marguerite has made it a priority to take the upmost diligence to provide the best services. Apart from work she loves to spend time with her dog, go hiking with friends, and play board games.
Krystal Everheart, BCBA
Krystal has been in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2011, and earned her Behavior Analyst certification in 2017. During her time, she has worked with individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities across all ages. Her passion is enriching her clients' lives by teaching them to be as independent as possible. When not working, Krystal enjoys building Star Wars Lego, macrophotography, playing board games, and spending time with her boyfriend, their dogs, and cat.
Patience Cantrell, MOT, OTR/L
Patience graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science (2013), followed by a master’s in occupational therapy from Radford University (2015). Throughout her 9 years of experience, Patience developed a broad skill set by working in a variety of healthcare settings with a multitude of age groups and diagnoses. Patience’s passion to assist those with developmental disabilities through therapeutic consult comes from first-hand experience within her own family. Understanding the difficulties families face navigating services, Patience’s goal is to be a positive resource, and to provide client-centered care that increases not only functional independence but adds meaning and quality to life. Outside of work, Patience enjoys planning parties / events for her friends and family, spending time in the sun, and playing with her dog, Mako.

Lance Ranek, DPT
Lance graduated with a B.S. in Psychology (2015) and Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2018) from The University of South Dakota. Having started his career as a travel physical therapist, Lance has experience practicing therapy in a broad range of clinical settings across Oregon, Maryland, and Virginia. Now based in Richmond, Virginia, he strives to help those with mobility and functional deficits improve their quality of life. In his free time, Lance enjoys exercising, playing pickleball, gardening, and spending time with his family, friends, and dog, Nila.
